Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the HandyCoding website, courses, or any related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use HandyCoding’s website or services.
About HandyCoding
HandyCoding is a frontend web development education platform offering project-based courses in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap and React, delivered through video, written lessons and live sessions, with accessibility features including captions and ISL/ASL tips built into the lesson format.
Accounts & eligibility
To enroll in a course, you may need to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
HandyCoding courses are intended for learners of any age with an interest in frontend development. If you are under the age required to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian should review and accept these terms on your behalf.
Course access & use
Once enrolled, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning. Course materials may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used to create a competing product or service without written permission.
- Access is tied to your individual account and should not be shared with others.
- Course content, structure, and availability may be updated or improved over time.
- Access may be suspended for accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Payments & pricing
Course prices are listed on the website at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice for future enrollments. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices are exclusive of GST, which is calculated and added at checkout in line with applicable Indian tax law.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, HandyCoding’s third-party payment gateway. Access to paid course content is granted once payment is confirmed as successful by Razorpay. HandyCoding does not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and compliance standards.
Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, lesson text, code examples, graphics, and the HandyCoding name and logo, is the property of HandyCoding and its instructor unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Code snippets provided for learning purposes may be reused in your own personal or professional projects.
Acceptable use
When using HandyCoding, you agree not to:
- Share your account access or course materials with people who have not enrolled.
- Attempt to copy, record, or redistribute course content for commercial purposes.
- Use the platform in any way that disrupts its operation or violates applicable law.
- Post abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content in any comments or community spaces.
Refunds & cancellations
HandyCoding follows a strict no-refund policy on all course purchases. Please see the Refund Policy for full details before enrolling.
Limitation of liability
HandyCoding provides its courses and content on an “as is” basis. While every effort is made to keep lessons accurate and up to date, HandyCoding does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. HandyCoding is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
